The regular menu that we offer is based on the best products that we can find. We update it on a seasonal basis. Our dishes are prepared in classic style, with an emphasis on natural, fresh flavors. A majority of our customers will recognize these favorites – mojo, pesto, au Poivre, piccata and more.
Our kitchen is well equipped and spacious. This advantage is used for cooking entirely from the bottom up – we do our smoked salmon, bread, stocks, and butchering. Since a majority of our foods are perfectly prepared on site, one of our specialties is being able to accommodate special diets and menus.
