Ambu Yoga

We here at Ambu Yoga believe in the inspiration given to us by the natural island that is all around us. Or in less metaphysical terms, we think you can find relaxation and peace of mind by letting us help you connect with nature and your surroundings. We chose the name Ambu due to its English translation. Ambu is a Sanskrit word meaning “water,” and we felt it fit perfectly. What do we do if not offer a connection to the energy of the water all around us? We believe that yoga can help you achieve a transformational mental and emotional state. We believe that nature around us can help. It is that simple.
